Cinema glasses are quite new, you put on glasses like any other glasses and wait for something to appeear on a big screen. The downside of these cinema shades is that you can’t see what’s actually going on around you. Lumus is something that is making these glasses alot better. The transparent lenses display what appears to your eyes as an 87-inch screen, while allowing you to see what’s going on in front of you at the same time. The video is currently in 720p and 1080p is being worked on, the galsses can display vidoe and pictures from devices like an iPhone through special adapters too. Other than watching movies, the glasses could also be used for things like presentations, where you can see your speech while still focusing on your audience or for directions to a location while you’re walking around.
I dont think that this technology was all that important but it is still quite cool. The type on technolgies that we see in futuristic moives are finally coming true and non fictional. I dont think these glasses would be quite affective because I think it would be extremely distracting to an audience too and also they aren’t really that nice looking which would add the attention they draw.
Investors: they will be thrilled with the product and the work done by the company but will want more advancements to make the glassesmore stylish and better looking
Consumers: they will also like the product but want them to look alot better and probably also want a lower price than they will actually be

Though this product is very compelling, but the Mitsubishi’s innovative EMIRAI automotive interface concept will be available in no less than 10 YEARS! This is the kind of technology that you see in moives like Minority Report, the interactive is very exciting and will for sure, make driving alot funner and probably easier too. Along with the main technolgy it also has a curved, touch-sensitive rear projection display that makes today’s flat LCD panels look quite out dated. Other new and interesting features to this car are the 18 activity buttons on the steering whell. The EMIRAI interface in the car also have other features such as an infrared camera and Doppler sensor to measure facial temperature and heart rates . The taken from these camers not only tells the user how he/she is feeling but the data can also be used for customized settings such as seat and mirror positions for alternate drivers. The rear seats aren’t to normal either, they have glasses-free 3D seatback display touchscreens.
“At Mitsubishi Electric, we suggest individual technologies to all kinds of car makers,” said Kiyoshi Matsutani, manager of Mitsubishi Electric’s Automotive Electronics Development Center. “But unless we show how these technologies can actually be used, manufacturers don’t have a clear image of them, or understand what level of performance they’ve reached. So we suggest specifically how technologies can be used, by enabling people to experience those technologies for themselves.”
I think this is a very cool invention even despite the wait ,which is about ten years, this technology is worth waiting for. Looking at what is coming into play in the past few years, looks like the future is coming sooner that we expected.
Consumers: they will be very satisfied and have some very futuristic technology on their hands, lets just hope that they will know how to use it
Investors: they wil also be quite happy due to the attraction and attention the product is getting

The company FogScreen has now introduced it’s FnogScreen technology – a display system that projects images onto fog so they look like they are floatinf in the air. Now Russian company DisplAir has added some interactivity to the technology by giving it touch capabilities that allows users to play aroud with images in mid-air. The software also allows users to draw in the air with their fingers. Though the grpahics and resolution isn’t that good it is stil very eye-catching.
This is indeed a very good innovation and will benefit many companies that want to produce games with such technology and also can be used by businesses or companies that want to display like images or use them for presentations.
Consumers: this will really make these people happy and show them how far this type of technology has gone
Investors: make them satisfied that this is so efficient and useful
